Welcome to our new online registration program.
First, you will create an account using an email address as your user name. This is the address we will use for registration correspondence. Check your junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation for your registration and add
info@camphorizon.org to your safe senders list.
The email that you choose should be the parent or head-of-household for your family. All family members can be registered for summer camp or other events using that one login. Then, you can check back later to see your active registrations and make payments. Give us two working days (Monday - Friday) to update our records. However, your payment is processed immediately.
The cost for processing and EFT or E-Check is less than credit or debit cards. We have been charging a $5 convenience fee to help cover the cost credit card processing. It was not possible to build that into this system. However, you may voluntarily cover those costs and help send a child to camp by donating to the Camper Assistance Fund when you check out.
UPDATE OF COMMON ISSUES
- If you do not complete the payment section, you are not registered. A minimum deposit is required or it assumes you cancelled.
- If you do not get an email with a summary of your registration you are probably not registered. Checked your trash/spam folder.
- Currently you need to allow five working days (Monday-Friday) for us to respond with a confirmation. Later we will process them the next business day.
This system accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
and Check (Just requires the routing number and account number from your check).
NOTE: You may see the option for AmEx, but since we do not accept that card it will reject your payment.
CAUTION: When you get to the payment page, DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER'S BACK ARROW
after submitting the form. This may create a duplicate payment. (It has already been done).
