Additional Information & Remarks:

If you can't fill in every detail, just send what you've got down so far. We can add to it as your retreat date approaches. There is a minimum cost in total registration fees per group. To reserve the entire camp solely for your use, you must guarantee at least 50% occupency or equivalent fees. Otherwise we reserve the right to schedule another group to be here during your stay.

Use of Lodging: There must be at least one adult in each room or cabin used. Your group is responsible for leaving the rooms as clean as they were found. Linens & pillows are not provided. Additional rooms or cabins may not be available on short notice. No pets are allowed on the campgrounds.

Skiing & motorboats: Minimum time block, 1/2 hour. You have the option of paying for a block of time and then controlling whom and when in your group skis or rides, or you may allow individuals or groups to pay the boat driver for a block of time of their choice. Time blocks must be back-to-back as much as possible. There are two boats available and we can usually run only one for about four hours per day. If more time than that, or both boats, will be needed, please give us two weeks notice (so that we can schedule a second driver)! WE NOW HAVE A PONTOON BOAT (8 PERSON MAXIMUM)

Concessions:

We have a small "Snak-Shak" with candy, fountain soft drinks, snow cones, and a popcorn popper. You may schedule your group to take advantage of this feature or provide your own concessions.

Discount for group size of 50 or more:

2 persons may come at no charge for groups with over 50 paid campers.
1 Certified Life-Guard may come at no charge for groups over 100.
1 Nurse may come at no charge for groups over 100.

Pool:

We must have a certified lifeguard for use of the pool. Hours of use may be limited by the availability of the lifeguard. If you can provide a certified lifeguard from your group (must have a valid certificate) they may attend your retreat at no charge.

Rifle and Archery Ranges:

Our rifle range is rated for 22 caliber and below. We have BB rifles and 22 (long) rifles for your use. They must be signed out by a qualified instructor and returned clean and ready for the next use. You may bring your own ammunition or buy it from us. You will be charged $3 each for lost arrows on the Archery Range.

We'll send you a contract by return mail based on your worksheet.

Reservations made by phone will be held for ten working days to allow you time to complete the worksheet & get the deposit ready. Feel free to call me if you have any questions, and if at all possible, please come by & visit us ahead of time. When a retreat leader looks over the facilities in advance, his/her retreat always runs much smoother.
