Online Summer Staff Recommendation 2010
Thank you for helping us to complete this very important part of summer staff recruiting. We MUST obtain background screening on all applicants and the personal reference
is the first step in the process. All applicants must be involved in a local assembly (local church) and have a clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ as Savior!
This recommendation must come from leadership in the local assembly (or church). At least one should be an elder (pastor) or youth leader that has personal contact with
the applicant. The second can be their Sunday School teacher, mentor, or accountability peer (adult).

You may recommend up to five individuals per form. This is helpful if you are recommending several staff candidates from your fellowship or even multiple candidates from the same family.
It is also possible for a recommending group (i.e. elders) to provide two reference contacts on one form. Validations will be sent to each reference separately.
If you are in the camp database - just complete your name in the top section and your email on the first form you submit.
